Yu Qingcheng was born in 1944 Tianjin , in the People's Republic of China,and have been highly praised by masters in cultural and artistic circles. Through self study he become an artist. In his 30's he was given the opportunity to study for two years in the Tianjin Academy of fine Arts. Attended Ninth Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference in Beijing In 1998 received the title of "Fork Arts Pioneer" from the Ministry of Culture Member of the Chinese Folklore Society Member of Tianjin Artistic Society 1996 entitled "Master of Folk Arts" by UNESCO Awarded title of International Art Master by UNESCO Has visited Korean, France, Sweden for international cultural exchange.
